Your handy guide to mental health for people in Manchester 2008.
Information about support for mental health available in Manchester can be found in the updated version of this popular guide. This pocket sized booklet provides a guide through mental health services in Manchester and includes information about maintaining good mental health, contacts for mental health services in primary care and secondary care and specialist services available in the voluntary sector. It has been produced in collaboration with Mind in Manchester and Manchester Public Health Development Service.

The resource is invaluable for anyone working and living in Manchester and is available free of charge from Manchester Public Health Development Service Resource Centres at Victoria Mill, Miles Platting and Withington Hospital, West Didsbury.

Men’s Mental Health & Well-Being – CALMA Training Pack
This pack has been designed as a practical guide for practitioners who are doing preventative work with young men aged 16-35 around Mental Health & Well-Being. The pack contains lesson plans, handouts and a DVD which includes photocopiable exercise sheets.
 
This pack is free to organisations operating in Manchester. There is a £50 charge including postage and packaging for those outside Manchester.
