Men’s Mental Health & Well-Being – CALMA Training Pack
This pack has been designed as a practical guide for practitioners who are doing preventative work with young men aged 16-35 around Mental Health & Well-Being. The pack contains lesson plans, handouts and a DVD which includes photocopiable exercise sheets.
This pack is free to organisations operating in Manchester. There is a £50 charge including postage and packaging for those outside Manchester.
